Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Bartender will prepare alcoholic drinks for guests at our annual Westerner Park Fair July 17th – July 21st. The bartender's main job is to know the standard drink recipes and be able to mix them quickly and accurately. Bartenders also check the identification of guests to ensure that they meet the minimum drinking age. Bartenders take drink orders, serve drinks, and collect money for drinks. Bartenders fill drink orders placed by servers for our guests to be served.
Under the direction of the Food Services Management, the Grill Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. The Grill Cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining high standards of food preparation and attention to detail.
As a key member of our Guest Services team you will provide information to our guests during our Annual Westerner Days Fair. Located in our Guest Service booth in the heart of the fair, you will provide a comfortable and positive experience for our guests needing event information, directions, fair information or those sharing concerns and feedback. Under the direction of the Parking and Security Assistant Manager, the Parking Cashier is friendly, energetic, has exceptional communication and guest service skills to join our parking team. The Parking Cashier is responsible for the collection of daily event parking revenue while providing outstanding client and guest service by processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
The Concession Attendant role is a key member of the Concession and Beverage Team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support the Concession and Beverage Team in providing an exceptional guest experience.
The Cash Office Clerk will be responsible for counting and verifying cash-outs, preparing floats for events and balancing large volumes of cash, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy, prudence and security.
Under the direction of the Parking and Security Assistant Manager, the Parking Attendant is friendly, energetic, has exceptional communication and guest service skills to join our parking team. The Parking Attendant will be responsible for the direction of guests into and out of the parking lot, guiding various directions of traffic.
